Q: How do I find what I'm looking for?
A: We have tried to make our categories as descriptive as possible, but if you still can't find what you're looking for, please try our Site Map link, which is on the lower right of every page. If we do not seem to be offering something you were expecting us to have, please send a message to us using our Contact Us page.
Q: How do I know if something is the right size?
A: The BabyVision, Inc. size chart shows each of our sizes and the corresponding ages, weights and heights. We have tried to provide as much information for you as possible, as we know that every baby is different and we want to help you find the best fit of soft baby clothes for your newborn.
Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: Hudson Baby is pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Additionally you may also choose to use PayPal to make your purchase.
Q: Is there another way to pay for my order?
A: While we prefer the expediency of credit card or PayPal transactions, we also accept orders that are printed from the Shopping Cart pages and mailed to us with a personal check or money order enclosed. Please note that this method may take up to four weeks before you receive your order.
Q: What about paying sales tax?
A: Hudson Baby is based in New York and must collect sales tax on the cost of some of our baby care products. We are proud to include sales tax in the purchase price of all taxable items for NY residents. BabyVision will pay the sales and use tax to the State, and there will be no additional charge to you.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: In our efforts to help provide our customers with the best value, we now calculate shipping costs based upon the weight of the items purchased, and you will be given appropriate choices and pricing at checkout.
Q: Do you ship outside of the US?
A: Shipping outside of the US presents unique difficulties and expenses. While we appreciate the interest in our unique baby clothes, we must consider each case separately, so we ask you to please contact us with the specifics using the contact us page or 845-473-6780.
Q: Can I get my order sent faster?
A: We also offer rush delivery options by FedEx Standard Overnight and 2Day services. Please specify any rush delivery details at checkout in the "Add Comments About Your Order" box or e-mail us.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: We enter the tracking number for your order into the comments section when we process your order, and this should be reflected in the "shipped" email that you receive, as well as available in the Order Details if you go to My Account, but if you want to check on the status of your order, please contact us or call 845-473-6780.
Q: What about cancellations or returns?
A: Hudson Baby is committed to making sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. We gladly offer a 30-Day Return Policy. Please see the specifics on our Shipping & Returns page.
